Intentional Effort
Georgia 300 is an intentional effort designed to deliver tangible opportunities for the everyday working Sistas in Georgia by leveraging corporations, politics, and financial institutions. Georgia 300 will create value for Sistas who have seen generations of hopelessness despite being a part of the wealthiest country in the world. The mission is to empower Sistas by changing their mindsets and providing them with pathways to independence.
FOCUS ON SOLUTIONS
Georgia 300 launched in January 2024 to assist Sistas statewide with becoming homeowners, starting or expanding existing businesses, and being active in reforming broken educational systems. G300 features 300 handpicked Sistas living and working in Georgia and learning how important it is to be engaged civically to create opportunities and invoke change. G300 focuses on solutions to address the lack of opportunities, broken family units, and crime destroys families.

THE REAL OPPORTUNITY
Georgia 300 provides solutions to the community of Sistas by addressing historical barriers such as access to capital, lack of financial literacy, no village to lean on, and receiving pertinent information too late or not at all. G300 allows each sista to establish an Individual Development Account (IDA) to reward Sistas for chasing their dreams and accomplishing their desires. G300 will provide matching funds for the individual Sista participating in the savings program. Each Sista fund will be matched at a minimum of 3 to 1 and can be used to purchase a home, start a business, or for educational purposes. For example, when a Sista saves $2,000.00, each receives a matching fund of at least $6,000.00.
Assist Georgia Sistas in developing a solid foundation, creating a pathway to independence, and redirecting educational outcomes for the next generation.
Reduce female and child poverty rates by introducing location-based income opportunities for youth starting at age 12.
Georgia 300 answers the prayers of sistas who desire an opportunity to thrive and be there for another sister.
Georgia 300 will deliver the following:
- Provide location-based income opportunities
- Reduce Poverty with a holistic approach by changing mindsets
- Start the process of ending generations of hopelessness
- Increase homeownership amongst Sistas
Based on its primary data, the Department of Education, the U.S. Census, and Georgia Budget and Poverty Institute, the founder theorizes that Georgia 300 will inspire a new generation of hopeful Sistas and create the change needed to thrive in Georgia.
G300 will address quality of life and why it has been absent for decades in the lives of many Sistas. Each participant will learn how to become a homeowner or business owner, earn passive income, promote biblical principles, and become Georgia’s next generation of leaders.
